

This tutorial was written by me in Paint Shop Pro 9.
Any similarities to other tutorials is just a coincidens.
Materials 
Eye Candy 4000 
Toadies 
1. Open a new image 400 x 400 pixels.
2. Floodfill the canvas with color #2e2a2d.
3. Effects - Texture Effects - Fine Leather with these settings:

4. Layerpalett - New Raster Layer.
5. Selections - Select All.
6 Selections - Modify - Contract with Number of pixels 3.
7. Floodfill the canvas with color #595455.
8. Selections - Modify - Contract with Number of pixels 6.
9. Floodfill the canvas with color #2e2a2d.
10. Selections - Modify - Contract with Number of pixels 3.
11. Floodfill the canvas with color #595455.
12. Selections - Modify - Contract with Number of pixels 12.
13. Floodfill the canvas with color #2e2a2d.
14. Selections - Modify - Contract with Number of pixels 3.
15. Floodfill the canvas with color #595455.
16. Selections - Modify - Contract with Number of pixels 6.
17. Floodfill the canvas with color #2e2a2d.
18. Selections - Modify - Contract with Number of pixels 3.
19. Delete.
20. Selections - Invert.
21. Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 4000 - Weave with these settings:

22. Effects - Reflection Effects - Kaleidoskop with these settings:

23. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner bevel with these settings:

24. Selections - Select None.
24. Open the tube Misted hvite og svarte liljer-Maggie.
Edit - Copy.
25. Go back to your image.
Edit - Paste - Paste As New Layer.
26. Duplicate this layer. Close the duplicate and activate the Raster layer.
27. Effects - Plugins - Toadies - Motion Trail with these settings:

28. Repeat Motion Trail with the same settings.
29. Set opacity of this layer to 70.
30. Open the duplicate layer.
31. Find your texttool and find the font Snell Bd BT.
Close foreground color and background color #85807c.
Settings:

32. Convert to Raster Layer.
33. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow with these settings:

Color white.
34. Repeat Drop Shadow but with color black.
35. Repeat Drop Shadow with color white.
36. File - Export - JPEG Optimizer - and save.
