This tutorial was written by me in Paint Shop Pro X.

Any similarities to other tutorials is just a coincidens.

 

Materials

Filters Unlimited 2.0 her

dbs flux

 

 

1. Open a new image 500 x 400 pixels.

2. Set foreground colour to #464c5c and background colour to #9ca6a6.

3. Floodfill with background colour.

4. Open the tube swanja_christmas_scene.

5. Edit – Copy.

6. Go back to your image.

7. Edit – Paste As New Layer.

8. Layers – New Raster Layer.

9. Selections – Select All.

10. Selections – Modify – Contract – Number of pixels 30.

11. Selections – Invert.

12. Floodfill with foreground colour.

13. Effects – Plugins – I.C.Net Software – Filters Unlimited with these settings:

 

 14. Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow with these settings:

 15. Repeat Drop Shadow with -3 in Vertical and Horizontal.

16. Selections – Select None.

17. Open the tube NissefarLer_ptv.

18. Edit – Copy.

19. Go back to your image.

20. Edit – Paste As New Layer.

21. Image – Resize to 50 percent.

22. Move the tube to the bottom left corner.

23. Open the tube Nissefar1_ptv.

24. Edit – Copy.

25. Go back to your image.

26. Edit – Paste As New Layer.

27. Image – Resize to 50 percent.

28. Move the tube to the bottom right corner.

29. Add your watermark if you want.

30. Layers – Merge – Merge visible.

31. Layers – Duplicate twice.

32. Open Text Tool and find the font Civitype. Use the same foreground colour as before, but set background colour to #f3fdf5.

33. Write your text, set size to fit your text.

34. Layers – Duplicate – twice.

35. Close the eye of the two top layers of text and activate the bottom textlayer.

36. Effects – Plugins – dbs flux – Bright Noise. Checked in Mix and use the number 30.

37. Close the eye of this layer.

38. Activate the next textlayer and open the eye on this.

39. Effects – Plugins – dbs flux – Bright Noise. Set number to 35.

40. Close the eye on this layer.

41. Activate the top text layer and open the eye on this layer.

42. Effects – Plugins – dbs flux – Bright Noise. Set number to 40.

43. Close the eye of the two top layers of text and background and activate the bottom background layer.

44. Layers – Merge – Merge visible.

45. Close the eye on this layer.

46. Open the eye of the next text layer and background layer and activat this.

47. Layers – Merge – Merge visible.

48. Close the eye of this layer.

49. Open the eye of the top text layer and background layer and activate this.

50. Layers – Merge – Merge visible.

51. File – Save As – and save as a psp-file.

52. Open the animation shop.

53. File – Open – and find the file you just saved.

54. Edit – Select All.

55. Animations – Frame Properties – Set number to 10.

56. View – Animations.

57. File – Save As – and save as a GIF-file.

58. Next – Next – Next – Done.
