This tutorial was written by me in Paint Shop Pro X.

Any similarities to other tutorials is just a coincidens.

Materials

1. Open a new image 350 x 450 pixels.

2. Floodfill with color #5a6b7b.

3. Open the tube Icofldw. Edit - Copy.

4. Activate your image. Edit - Paste As New Image.

5. Image - Resize - 90 percent.

6. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

7. Set foregroundscolor to #293951 and backgroundscolor to #8c9cad.

8. Image - Add Borders - 2 - backgroundscolor.

9. Image - Add Borders - 25 - foregroundscolor.

10. Click on the edge with Magic Wand.

11. Effects - Reflections Effects - Kaleidoscop with these settings:

12. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel with these settings: 

13. Selections - Select None.

14. Image - Add Borders - 2 - backgroundscolor.

15. Image - Add Borders - 30 - foregroundscolor.

16. Click on the edge with Magic Wand.

17. Effects - Plugins - VM Distortion - Gear:

Teeth 104 - Strength 54.

18. Repeat point 17.

19. Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur with number 3.

20. Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel with these settings:

21. Image - Add Borders - 2 - backgroundscolor.

22. Open the tube corneryvonne. Edit - Copy.

23. Activate your image. Edit - Paste As New Layer.

Place the tube in upper left corner in the image.

24. Layers - Duplicate.

25. Image - Mirror.

26. Layers - Merge - Merge Down.

27. Layers - Duplicate.

28. Image - Flip.

29. Layers - Merge - Merge Down.

30. Open the tube smgoldcnr05. Edit - Copy.

31. Activate your image.

Edit - Paste As New Layer.

Place the tube in upper left corner in the inner frame.

32. Set Blend Mode to Luminance (Legacy).

33. Layers - Duplicate.

34. Image - Mirror.

35. Layers - Merge - Merge Down.

36. Layers - Duplicate.

37. Image - Flip.

38. Layers - Merge - Merge Down.

39. Put on your watermark.

40. Layers - Merge - Merge visible.

Done.
